Adding a CE to IAG

Just a mercifully short blog to open a discussion about the acronym for careers work in schools.
I've always been an advocate of CEIAG - Careers Education, Information, Advice & Guidance as I believe that all of those elements are vital to ensuring pupils make progress in developing career management skills in our young people.
Others use CIAG/IAG = no education. Can we really help our young people negotiate the complexity of modern day career paths without education? Teachers & Career Development Professionals need to work hand in hand, nobody can do the job single handed.
