At Outstanding Careers we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. Types of information we might collect

There may be instances where we use cookies to gather information regarding our services in a mathematical collection for our website.

Any information collected will not have any identifying data. It is statistical data about our visitors and how they have used our site. No personal details will be shared that could identify you.

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you've asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you're happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. Sharing information and data

We may, on rare occasions, share anonymised personal information with other organisations, in order to provide services. For example we may work in tandem with external organisations such as National Careers Week, The CDI, The Quality in Careers Standard or local authorities, this list is not exhaustive and is subject to change.

If it is necessary, we may share your information with them but they can't contact you unless you give express verbal or written permission to do so. We will not share sensitive information or your payment details.
